Solid State Metal is a U.S.-based advanced materials company developing lower-cost, more flexible metal powder supply for additive manufacturing. We produce small development lots of custom alloy powders for R&D and qualification programs, while building a domestic source of traceable titanium powder made from recycled feedstock. Our focus is straightforward: help engineers access the compositions, particle-size distributions, and technical data they need without the large minimum orders, long lead times, and limited flexibility of conventional powder suppliers.
